Objective: To test the compression capacity and load of the bolt tensioner.

Test tools: AHP3500 pneumatic hydraulic pump, UHH300 high pressure tubing, ultra-high pressure quick connector

Preparation before the test:

Connect the pneumatic hydraulic pump with the bolt stretcher, and check whether the pipelines are well connected. In order to ensure the safety of the pipeline, 15M long high pressure oil pipe is used, and the safety plate is used.

Test procedure: divided into three steps

Step 1: Press to design pressure and hold pressure for 10 minutes.

The second step: press to 200MPa and then hold the pressure for 10 minutes.

Step 3: press until the bolt tensioner leakage test is over.
