The structure of the fuel valve test device is composed of a casing, a fuel tank, an air pressure gauge, a digital pressure gauge, an air pressure regulating valve, a manual valve, an air-driven hydraulic pump, a stainless steel pipe and other hydraulic components, and its performance is stable and reliable.

Technical data of fuel valve test device:

1. Output pressure: when the input air pressure is 0.8MPa, the output pressure is 80MPa.

2. Air consumption: when the input air pressure is 0.7MPa, the air consumption is 12L/per cycle.

3. Flow: Under the output pressure, when the input air pressure is 0.4MPa, the flow rate of 40mL/each cycle.

4. Pump speed: when the input air pressure is 0.4MPa, about 30 times/min (the output pressure is 0).
